在医院精细化管理模式转变和现代医疗技术的新要求下，临床医学工程发展面临着新 的挑战，增强学科建设是其适应环境变化、提高综合实力的重要举措。文章通过实证研究，讨论加 强临床医学工程学科建设的对策，采用方便抽样方法于 2021 年 10—12 月对安徽省75家二级及以 上公立医院临床医学工程学科的管理条件、服务水平、教学科研情况开展问卷调查。总结现阶段 医学工程学科建设情况和主要问题，并提出相应的改善建议，即规范科室管理、注重人才提升、增 强专业实力、助力科研教学，以期为多维度构建临床医学工程学科体系提供可借鉴的思路，完善临 床医学工程学科建设与发展.
