Abstract (English): According to the national standard GB/T 5009.20—2003, the detection methods of dichlorvos, phorate, dimethoate, fenitrothion, malathion and chlorpyrifos in grain were established. The grain samples were crushed and extracted by dichloromethane. Six kinds of organic phosphorus in grain were detected by gas chromatograph flame photometric detector. In the concentration range of 0.001 - 8 μg/mL, the concentration of pesticide residues and peak area has good correlation linearity, the correlation coefficient (R) > 0.998, the recovery was 68.2% - 109.0%, and the precision (RSD) was 2.85% - 4.86%. The method has simple sample pretreatment operation and good accuracy. It is suitable for the detection of dichlorvos, phorate, dimethoate, fenitrothion, malathion and chlorpyrifos in grain. Abstract (Chinese): 依据 GB/T 5009.20—2003,建立了粮食中敌敌畏、甲拌磷、乐果、杀螟硫磷、马拉硫磷、毒死蜱 6 种有机磷农药残留量的检测方法。将粮食样品粉碎后,经二氯甲烷提取,通过气相色谱仪火焰光度检测器 对粮食中 6 种有机磷农药进行检测。在 0.001 ~ 8.000 μg/mL 的质量浓度范围内,农药残留的质量浓度和 峰面积有很好的线性相关性,相关系数R> 0.998,回收率为 68.2% ~ 109.0%,精密度 (RSD) 为2.85% ~4.86%。 该法样品前处理操作简单、准确度好,适用于粮食中敌敌畏、甲拌磷、乐果、杀螟硫磷、马拉硫磷、毒死 蜱 6 种有机磷农药的检测。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
