现阶段我国需要通过发展新型的施工方法，大力推广装配式施工建设，以减轻施工垃圾和扬尘环境污 染，以缩短建设工期，提高施工质量，以建立全国装配式施工建设生产基地。从当前在装配式施工建设推广的砼结 构、钢铁、木构件的三个系统来看，钢构件是目前建设施工竖向构件中最完善的施工技术，钢铁竖向结构的可信度、 安全和抗震性较好，完善的连接工艺技术，与轻量化复合墙板相配套，已成为装配式施工建设中最富有技术创新优 势、最富有推广价值的施工系统。推进钢构建设，实际上推行的是高效机械化制作模式，推行的是减低碳污染物和减 排环保绿色施工方法、推行的是对资源合理开发利用的新施工形式。钢构建设具备轻质高强、绿色环保、易于制造与 规范化并且抗震性能较好等一系列优势，在欧美国家住宅建设中已获得广泛普及和使用。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
