| Abstract (Chinese): |
无刷直流电机驱动电机是将电机控制PWM信号转换成电机运转所需要的大电流信号。本设计控制电路 与电机运转主回路隔离采用高速光耦，主回路开关管的栅极驱动采用驱动芯片IR2110，而主回路开关管为了满足电 机工作所需的大电流低损耗，所以采用低内阻大功率MOSFET作为驱动电路的开关管。在本电路的设计中关键点在于 IR2110驱动信号高端的自举功能的运用，主要对IR2110的自举电路进行分析，并对其的不足之处进行了改进。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
