| Abstract (Chinese): |
目的 探讨住院患者糖尿病足溃疡病原学涂片镜检的临床意义。方法 选取2018年10月至 2020年12月该院收治的糖尿病足溃疡住院患者105例,采用无菌棉签采集足溃疡标本进行病原学涂片镜检及病 原学培养,结合地域病原学特征及耐药情况经验性选取抗菌药物,与病原学培养药敏试验进行比较。结果 涂片 镜检病原学总体检出率与病原学培养比较,差异无统计学意义(P >0.05);药敏试验前后选用抗菌药物类型比 较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);Wagner分级1~2级选药比较,差异无统计学意义(P >0.05);Wagner分级 3~4级比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 根据涂片镜检结果经验性选取抗菌药物在Wagner分级 1~2级糖尿病足溃疡患者中能提高使用敏感抗菌药物的准确性,具有一定的临床意义。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
