Abstract (English): [Objective] This study aims to explore the genetic polymorphism of the SMPX gene in Maiwa yak, and to screen its SNP locus, analyze the correlation between the different genotypes of the mutation site and its growth traits, and provide directional selection for excellent traits in yak in accordance with. [Method] With 89 healthy adult Maiwa yak as experimental materials, DNA mixing pool technology was used to screen candidate gene SNPs with direct sequencing method, and SPSS 19.0 software was used to analyze the association between different genotypes and growth traits of yak. [Results] No mutation sites were found in the 3 exon regions of the Maiwa yak SMPX gene. A total of 2 SNPs were detected in the promoter region, G532A and C1481G, and the polymorphic information content (PIC) was moderate. Polymorphism (0.250.05). Association analysis showed that, except for the G532A locus in the pure ryewa yak, the body height of the GG type individual was significantly higher than that of the AA type individual (P<0.05), and the different genotypes at other loci had no significant differences in the growth traits of the yak. . [Conclusion] SMPX gene is related to yak growth and development traits, and G532A locus can be used as a molecular marker that affects yak growth and development traits for subsequent breeding research. Abstract (Chinese): [目的] 本研究旨在探讨SMPX基因在麦洼牦牛中的遗传多态性, 并筛选其SNP位点, 分析突变位点不同基因型与其生长性状的相关性, 为牦牛优良性状定向选育提供依据。[方法] 以89头健康成年的麦洼牦牛为试验材料, 采用DNA混合池技术辅以直接测序法筛选候选基因的SNPs, 同时利用SPSS 19.0软件对不同基因型与牦牛生长性状进行关联分析。[结果] 在麦洼牦牛SMPX基因的3个外显子区域未发现突变位点, 在启动子区域共检测到2个SNPs, 分别为G532A和C1481G, 多态信息含量 (PIC) 均属中度多态 (0.250.05). 关联分析显示, 除G532A位点在纯黑麦洼牦牛中GG型个体的体高显著高于AA型个体外 (P<0.05), 其他位点的不同基因型在牦牛生长性状上均无显著性差异。[结论] SMPX基因与牦牛生长发育性状相关, G532A位点可作为影响牦牛生长发育性状的分子标记用于后续育种研究.
