Abstract (English): The superhydrophobic copper mesh was etched with FeCls solution and then calcined in a muffle furnace at 40() °C for two hours, and finally its surface was modified with stearic acid ethanol solution. The surface morphology and composition of the resulted copper mesh were characterized conventionally. The wettability, corrosion resistance, reusability and oil-water separation performance were investigated. The contact angle to deionized water is about 1 52°. The oil-water separation efficiency is about 9()% for petroleum ether, n-hexane, n-octane, gasoline and other oils. After 3() times separation operations, the oil-water separation efficiency is still above 80%. The result demonstrates that the superhydrophobic copper mesh has a good oil-water separation efficiency and reusability. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
Abstract (Russian): 本研究以铜网为研究对象, 用FeCIs溶液对其进行刻蚀后, 在马弗炉中400 °C锻烧2 h, 然后用硬脂酸乙醇溶液对其表面进行改性处理, 成功制备得到具有优良油水分离性能的超疏水铜网° 进而依照惯例, 对超疏水铜网的表面形貌及成分进行表征分析°研究结果表明, 制得的超疏水铜网与去 离子水的接触角为152°左右;对石油瞇、正己烷、正辛烷、汽油等油类的分离效率在9()%左右;铜网重复 使用3()次后, 油水分离效率仍保持在8()%以上°以上数据证明该超疏水铜网具有良好的油水分离性 能和重复使用性能. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
