Abstract (English): Copper dodecyl sulfide was prepared by the reaction of n-dodecyl mercaptan and copper chloride, and then dispersed in ethanol to prepare a suspension. Furthermore, a superhydrophobic melamine sponge was successfully prepared by adding a melamine sponge coated with polydopamine to the suspension. Such superhydrophobic sponge was used to separate an oil-water mixture. The surface morphology was observed by scanning electron microscopy, the hydrophobic properties were characterized by a contact angle measuring instrument, and the oil content in the water was tested by infrared oil content analyzer. The results show that the surface of the sponge has an uneven nanostructure. Its water contact angle of the sample is 152°, and the oil droplets can be completely absorbed in 1 s and show a superhydrophobic state. The sample has good separation ability for oil-water mixture. After separation, the content of rapeseed oil decreases from about 25 g/1. to 15. 20 mg/1. Five times of using the superhydrophobic sponge to separate the same oil (soybean oil)- water mixture, the oil content can be reduced from 36. 45 mg/1. to 5・ 12 mg/L. And it can absorb about 57 to 77 times of its own mass of organic solvents or oils. After repeated use for 10() times, it can still maintain a contact angle of 145° and oil absorption capacity of 6& 63 times. After being immersed in seawater for 36h, it maintains a contact angle of about 147° and oil absorption capacity of 73. 4 times. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
Abstract (Chinese): 利用正十二硫醇和氯化铜反应制备十二烷基硫铜, 然后将其配制成乙醇悬浮液;将表面 涂覆有聚多巴胺的三聚氤胺海绵浸入上述悬浮液中成功制备出超疏水三聚氤胺海绵, 并用它来分离油 水混合物。采用扫描电镜观察海绵表面形貌, 利用接触角测量仪表征其润湿性能,借助红外分光测油仪 测定水中含油量°研究结果表明, 三聚氤胺海绵表面形成了凹凸不平的微纳米结构, 呈超疏水超亲油状 态;测得它对水的静态接触角为152°,而油滴能在1 s内被完全吸收°该样品对油水混合物具有良好的 分离能力, 分离后水中菜籽油含量从约25 g/1降到15.20 mg/L;对同一大豆油水混合物连续分离五次 后其含油量可从36.45 mg/L降低至5. 12 mg/Lc该超疏水海绵具有良好的吸附油的能力, 可吸收约 自身质量54〜77倍的有机溶剂或油品;在重复使用10()次后仍能保持145°的接触角和达自身质量 6& 6倍的吸油能力;在海水中浸泡36 h后仍保持约147°的接触角和73. 4倍的吸油能力.
