| Abstract (Chinese): |
目的了解肝硬化失代偿期患者对生前预嘱的认知现状及影响因素,为推行生前預嘱护理模式提供参考。 方法采用一般资料调查表､欧洲五维健康量表､预立医嘱认知调查问卷对该院消化内科3个病区 115 例肝硬化失代偿期患者进 行调查。结果仅有33.0%(38/115)的患者听过生前预嘱,患者对生前预嘱的认知程度较低。多元线性回归分析显示,患者居 住地､宗教信仰､月收入水平及患病时间是患者做出生前预嘱的预测因素(P<0.05),可解释患者生前预嘱行为 28.8%的变异量。 结论生前预嘱在肝硬化失代偿期患者中有较大的发展空间,可从城镇､有宗教信仰､病程长､中等收入的潛在患者群中先行推广 生前预嘱,提高生命末期患者的生存质量。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
