Abstract (English): In order to improve the damping performance of methyl vinyl phenyl silicone rubber (PVMQ) at -55 ~70 X:, PVMQ and fluorosilicone rubber (FVMQ) were mechanically blended to prepare PVMQ/FVMQ blended rubber. The mechanical properties, dynamic properties, compatibility and temperature-frequency characteristics of blended rubbers under different mass ratios are discussed. The results show that with the increase of the FVMQ blending ratio, the Shore A hardness and tensile strength of the blended rubber increase, and the elongation at break decreases; but when the mass ratio tends to 1:1, due to interface or compatibility, the tensile strength is slightly reduced. With the increase of the FVMQ blending ratio, the loss factor, storage modulus, and loss modulus of the material at room temperature increase; when PVMQ/FVMQ mass ratio is greater than 20: 80, the loss factor within -55 ~ 70 X; is greater than 0.16. After PVMQ and FVMQ are blended, two independent loss peaks appear, and the FVMQ phase loss peak is close to the PVMQ phase loss peak; with the increase of frequency, the loss peak of the blended rubber moves to the high temperature, and damping effect in high frequency is better than that at low frequency at room temperature. Abstract (Chinese): 为提高甲基乙烯基苯基硅橡胶(PVMQ)在-55 ~70弋内的阻尼性能, 将PVMQ和氟硅橡胶 (FVMQ)通过机械共混, 制得PVMQ/FVMQ共混橡胶, 研究了不同质量比下共混橡胶的力学性能、动力学 性能、相容性和温频特性。结果表明, 随着FVMQ共混比例的增大, 共混橡胶邵尔A硬度、拉伸强度增 加, 拉断伸长率降低;但当质量比趋向1:1时, 由于界面或者相容性原因, 拉伸强度略有降低。随着 FVMQ共混比例的增加, 材料在室温下的损耗因子、储能模量、损耗模量增大;当PVMQ/FVMQ质量比大 于20:80时, -55~70弋内的损耗因子大于0.16。PVMQ和FVMQ共混后, 出现2个独立损耗峰, 且 FVMQ相损耗峰向PVMQ相损耗峰靠近;随着试验频率的增加, 共混橡胶的损耗峰向高温方向移动, 室温 环境下高频时的阻尼效果优于低频.
