| Abstract (English): |
Objective: To explore the prevalence of aging perception and related factors in patients with breast cancer under endocrine therapy. Method: A total of 110 patients with breast cancer under endocrine therapy were recruited. They were assessed with the Penn Arthralgia Aging Scale ( P AAS ), Hospital Anxiety Depression Scale (HADS), Brief Pain Inventory (BPI), and Self-Compassion Scale Short Form ( SCS-SF). Results: Among 110 patients, the median of PAAS score was 8( 1, 24). The median of SCS-SF score was 38. 5 ( 22, 51). Multiple regression analysis showed that income and depression were positively correlated with aging perception (/3 = 0. 20, 0. 39), while self-compassion was negatively correlated with aging perception (/3 = - 0. 34) . Conclusion: It suggests that income, depression and self-compassion are associated with aging perception inpatients with breast cancer. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |

目的：探索内分泌治疗的乳腺癌患者衰老感知水平及相关因素。方法：正在接受内分泌治疗 的乳腺癌患者 １１０例，使用宾夕法尼亚大学关节疼痛相关的衰老感知量表 （ＰＡＡＳ）、医院用焦虑抑郁量表 （ＨＡＤＳ）、简明疼痛评估量表 （ＢＰＩ）、自我同情量表简化版 （ＳＣＳ-ＳＦ）进行评估。结果：ＰＡＡＳ总分中位 数为 ８（１，２４）；ＳＣＳ-ＳＦ总分中位数为 38.5(22,51)。多元回归分析显示，人均月收入与抑郁得分均与 衰老感知正向关联 （β＝0.20、0.39），自我同情得分与衰老感知负向关联 （β＝－0.34）。结论：在乳腺癌 患者中，收入水平、抑郁和自我同情都与衰老感知相关。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
