Abstract (English): The silicone rubber emulsion was synthesized by hydrolysis condensation, then the silicone rubber powder was prepared by spray drying, and then added into polystyrene (PS) resin. The effect of silicone rubber powder prepared by different catalysts (dibutyltin diacetate and hydrochloric acid) on the mechanical properties of PS resin was studied. Results show that the mechanical properties of PS resin are the best when the mass fraction of silicone rubber powder is 0. 5wt%. The silicone rubber powder catalyzed by dibutyltin diacetate has a better effect on improving the bending strength and breaking strength of PS resin. The silicone rubber powder catalyzed by hydrochloric acid has a better effect on improving tensile strength and toughness of PS resin. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
Abstract (Chinese): 以羟基硅油、甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷等为原料,采用水解缩合法合成了硅橡胶 乳液,并通过喷雾干燥技术制得硅橡胶粉末,然后将其添加到聚苯乙烯(PS)树脂中,研究了采用不同催化 剂(二醋酸二丁基锡和盐酸)制备的硅橡胶粉末对PS树脂力学性能的影响。结果表明,硅橡胶粉末质量分 数为0.5%时,所得材料的力学性能最佳;以二醣酸二丁基锡为催化剂制得的硅橡胶粉末对PS树脂弯曲强度 和断裂强度的提高效果较好;以盐酸为催化剂制得的硅橡胶粉末对改善PS树脂的拉伸性能和增韧效果较好. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
