Abstract (English): |
The biomedical applications of hyaluronic acid(HA)/sodium alginate(Alg) based hydrogels have been widely studied, showing the potentials in tissue engineering and wound healing. In this study, the quinine was introduced into the HA/Alg-based hydrogel to prepare anti-inflammatory hydrogel. Micro-structure, physicochemical properties were investigated. The results showed that the hydrogels possessed a uniform structure with pores inside, exhibited similar mechanical performance with or without quinine. Employing the in vitro model of lipopolysaccharides(LPS)-induced inflammation, the effects of the hydrogels on inflammation in cultured RAW 264.7 mouse macrophages was determined. The results showed that all the hydrogels did not affect the cell availability. In addition, the LPS-induced interleukin-1(IL-1), IL-6, tumor necrosis factor-α production was inhibited by the conditional medium of the hydrogels with quinine at 20-80 mg/mL, indicating its significant anti-inflammatory activity. Taken together, the prepared hydrogels with quinine may be an anti-inflammatory biomaterials and have potential application in skin wound healing. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |

为提高透明质酸水凝胶的力学性能和释放药物的效果,通过引入海藻酸钠制作了透明质酸/海藻酸钠凝胶,并在其中加入了盐酸奎宁,对水凝胶的微观结构、理化性质和生物学性能进行了评价。红外光谱分析表明透明质酸、海藻酸钠、奎宁进行了良好的混合。SEM照片显示材料表面有均一的结构,内部有空洞。材料的力学性能和内部结构稳定。巨噬细胞细胞存活率实验表明水凝胶浸提液没有明显毒性,且可抑制脂多糖诱导的巨噬细胞活化,减少其释放炎症因子和细胞因子等炎症介质,获得的含奎宁水凝胶为皮肤材料提供了新的选择。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
