Abstract (English): |
Objective To execute cone beam CT simulation based on EGSnrc program and verify the accuracy of the developed system. Methods Cone beam CT was divided into four modules of X-ray source, ray source component, detector and Monte Carlo simulation phantom with BEAMnre subroutine of EGSnrc program, and then modeling was carried out accordingly. The results of X-ray energy spectrum, percentage depth dose and off-axis dose by the system developed were analyzed and compared with those by the third-party software and actual measurement to verify the accuracy of the system. Results There was a high consistency between the spectrum of the system and that by Speklr program, the maximum difference was 3.0% and the mean difference was lower than 2.0% ; Monte Carlo simulation had the results of percentage depth dose as well as transverse and longitudinal off-axis dose with high consistencies with those by actual measurement, the maximum differences were 2.7%. 4.0% and 2.7% respectively and the mean differences were restrained within ±2.0%, ±1.1% and ±0.8% respectively. Conclusion The established simulation system realizes accurate simulation of cone beam CT, and lays a foundation for the researches on cone beam CT. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |

目的:基于EGSnrc程序实现对锥形束CT系统的模拟仿真,并对所建立系统的准确性进行验证。方法 :通过EGSnrc程序的BEAMnrc子程序将锥形束CT系统分为X射线源、射线源组件、探测器、Monte Carlo模拟用模体4个模块并对其进行建模。对所建立的模拟仿真系统的X射线能谱、百分深度剂量、离轴剂量与第三方软件或实测结果进行分析比较,以验证其准确性。结果:模拟仿真系统的能谱与Spektr程序生成的能谱有良好的一致性,最大差异为3.0%,平均差异小于2.0%;Monte Carlo模拟的百分深度剂量和横、纵向离轴剂量结果与实测结果的一致性良好,最大差异分别为2.7%、4.0%、2.7%,平均差异分别在±2.0%、±1.1%、±0.8%以内。结论:建立的模拟仿真系统可实现锥形束CT的准确模拟,可为研究锥形束CT的相关问题奠定基础。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
