Abstract (English): 【Objective】In order to provide theoretical references for development and application of Cupressus glabra ‘Blue Ice’in agriculture,the chemical constituents and fumigation antifungal activity of essential oil from C. glabra ‘Blue Ice’were investigated.【Method】Essential oil from C. glabra‘Blue Ice’was extracted by steam distillation,and its chemical constituents were analyzed by gas chromatograph-mass spectrometer(GC-MS). The fumigation antifungal activity of essential oil on mycelia of four plant pathogenic fungi(Botrytis cinerea,Rhizoctonia solani,Fusarium graminearum and Colletotrichum gloeosparioides)was also studied.【Result】The results showed that 44 chemical constituents were isolated from the essential oil,and 30 of them were identified,accounting for 91.241% of the total essential oil. The main chemical constituents were umbellulone(16.416%),cis-muurola-4,5-diene(14.765%),terpinen-4-ol(12.111%)and D-limonene(7.044%). The essential oil showed certain fumigation antifungal effects on B. cinerea,R. solani,F. graminearum and C. gloeosparioides. Their median effective concentrations(EC50)were 0.91,2.27,0.84 and 4.12 μL/dish respectively.【Conclusion】Essential oil from C. glabra‘Blue Ice’has fumigation antifungal effects on mycelia of plant pathogenic fungi. Its active constituents can be used as lead compounds to develop new pesticides or as fungicide directly in disease control. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
Abstract (Chinese): 【目的】明确蓝冰柏挥发油的组分及其对植物病原真菌的熏蒸抑制活性,为蓝冰柏在农林业上的应用提供 参考依据。【方法】采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取蓝冰柏挥发油,利用气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)分析其化学组分, 并测定分析蓝冰柏挥发油对草莓灰霉病菌、油菜菌核病菌、小麦赤霉病菌和苹果炭疽病菌等4种植物病原真菌菌丝生 长的熏蒸抑制作用。【结果】从蓝冰柏挥发油中共分离到44种组分,鉴定出其中30种组分,占挥发油总量的91.241%, 其主要组分为伞形酮(16.416%)、顺式-依兰油-4,5-二烯(14.765%)、4-萜烯醇(12.111%)和右旋柠檬烯(7.044%)等。 蓝冰柏挥发油对供试草莓灰霉病菌、油菜菌核病菌、小麦赤霉病菌和苹果炭疽病菌均有一定的熏蒸抑制作用,有效中 浓度(EC50)分别为0.91、2.27、0.84和4.12 μL/皿。【结论】蓝冰柏挥发油对植物病原真菌菌丝生长有一定的熏蒸抑制作 用,其活性成分可作为先导化合物用于开发新型农药或直接作为杀菌剂应用于植物病害防控。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
