مستخلص: The article discusses a study on the efficacy of a modified slide sheets (modSS) use on back muscle activity, pulling force and perceived effort during lateral patient-handling tasks and determine whether lumber electromyography (EMG) correlates with perceived efforts (RPE) during these tasks. Participants including 10 females aged 18 to 25 years old. The study suggests that benefits associated with modSS use are comparable or greater than those associated with typical slide sheet positioning.
