مستخلص: We investigated the kinetics of luminescence that is induced by the reactive oxygen species in planarians in the course of regeneration. It was found that regeneration is accompanied by changes in the concentration of reactive oxygen species, which correlate with such energy-intensive processes as oxidative stress caused by damage to cell membranes during the dissection of a planarian, phagocytosis of dying cells, and mitosis of neoblasts. We demonstrated for the first time that it is possibility to register the physiological state of pluripotent stem cells at the organism level in vivo. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
