Abstract (English): |
Sustaining the competitive advantage has required a constant flow of innovation in the organizations, mainly in the development of new products, services and processes. In an environment of constant transformation in the business world, the companies have revised their strategies searching for alternative ways of innovation, outsourcing their research process through acquisitions, alliances, or only searching for cooperation schemes. As their value chain is the basic tool to make the diagnosis of the competitive advantage, the companies can search opportunities of innovation in the value chain which they are in. The objective of this article was to verify, to understand and to discuss the innovation processes through the collaborative strategies within the value chain based on the empirical data from the researches in the international literature. The cooperative innovation and open innovation models are highlighted showing the change of proprietary paradigm of innovation to the environment of cooperation and partnership. It is perceived a growing number of researches, however there are still many open issues which allow the possibilities of exploring new opportunities of research. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |

A sustentação da vantagem competitiva tem exigido das organizações um constante fluxo de inovações, principalmente na criação de novos produtos, serviços e processos. Num contexto de transformações constantes no mundo dos negócios, as empresas têm revisto suas estratégias buscando formas alternativas de inovação, terceirizando seu processo de pesquisa através de aquisições, alianças, ou apenas buscando formas de cooperação. Como a sua cadeia de valor é o instrumento básico para diagnosticar a vantagem competitiva, as empresas podem buscar oportunidades de inovação na cadeia de valor da qual fazem parte. O objetivo deste artigo foi de verificar, entender e discutir os processos de inovação por meio de estratégias colaborativas dentro da cadeia de valor à luz de dados empíricos de pesquisas da literatura internacional. Evidenciam-se os modelos de inovação cooperativa e a inovação aberta caracterizando uma mudança de paradigma de propriedade da inovação para um contexto de cooperação e parceria. Percebe-se um número crescente de pesquisas, entretanto há ainda muitas questões em aberto, propiciando-se a possibilidade de explorar novas oportunidades de pesquisa. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
