| مستخلص: | In this article, the authors explore Albert Mehrabian's research into non-verbal communication. It contends that the findings which show that 55% of a verbal message is communicated through body language, 38% through tonality, and 7% through words, are misquoted and misrepresented. It is essential that research was treated with care. It argues that customers will generalize the true intention and level of service from the speaker's tone of voice and not the words used. |
