In this paper, magnesium oxide and magnesium chloride aqueous solution were taken as the main raw materials, and carboxymethylcellulose was taken as the modifier, the magnesium oxychloride inorganic adhesive was prepared through a certain process, which was then used to prepare inorganic plywood. The mechanical properties and microscopic morphology of the obtained plywood were characterized. The results showed that carboxymethylcellulose could effectively prolong the flame retardant time of magnesium oxychloride inorganic plywood, and the flame retardant time of inorganic plywood increased to 546 s when the addition amount of carboxymethylcellulose was 2%. At this time, the mechanical properties of the resulting plywood reached the highest value, with the internal bonding strength increased to 0.56 MPa, the elastic modulus and static flexural strength increased to 11 548.6 MPa and 71.2 MPa, respectively, which increased by 105.6% and 35.9%, respectively, compared with the control group. When the addition amount of carboxymethylcellulose was 3%, the water resistance and flame retardant properties of the plywood were the worst, which was due to the hydrolysis of part of the 518 phase crystals in the magnesium oxychloride inorganic adhesive into Mg(OH)2. However, as the addition level continued to increase, the performance of plywood began to rebound due to the good film-forming and water-retaining properties of carboxymethylcellulose. 以氧化镁和氯化镁为主要原料, 羧甲基纤维素为改性剂, 在一定工艺下合成氯氧镁无机胶黏剂, 并制备无机胶合板, 对 其力学性能及微观形貌进行测试与表征。结果表明:羧甲基纤维素能有效延长氯氧镁无机胶合板的阻燃时间。当羧甲基纤维 素添加量为2%时, 无机胶合板的阻燃时间延长至546 s。此时, 胶合板的力学性能最优, 内结合强度提高到0.56 MPa, 弹性模量 和静曲强度分别提高到11 548.6 MPa和71.2 MPa, 比空白组分别提高105.6%和35.9%。当羧甲基纤维素添加量为3%时, 制备的 胶合板其耐水性能和阻燃性能最差, 这是由于氯氧镁无机胶黏剂中部分518相晶体水解为Mg(OH)2。然而, 随着羧甲基纤维素 添加量的继续增大, 其自身良好的成膜性和保水性会使胶合板的性能出现回升.
