The article discusses a feasibility study on the Strategies for Healthy Impact and Nurse Empowerment (SHINE) group coaching pilot program meant to check nurse burnout as of January 2025. Results show the nurse participants' acceptance of and satisfaction with the program, the hospital nursing leadership's receptivity to it and its further development, and the evidence of decreasing trend of burnout. Also noted is the need to address nurse burnout to ensure the delivery of quality healthcare. |
