The Society for Hospitality & Foodservice Management (SHFM) Foundation has announced the Timothy Mehlberg Scholarship Program, which will award $5,000 to two student members of SHFM on a yearly basis. The scholarship program aims to recognize the contributions of Michigan State University Professor Timothy Mehlberg to the development of the student chapter program and the overall presence of students within the organization. In addition to the scholarship program, the SHFM Foundation offers other programs such as Course Funding, Fellowship Program, Job Shadow Program, and Student Chapter Program to educate students about the benefits of the workplace amenities and the hospitality industry.
