Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB) has initiated legal proceedings against individuals linked to troubled fi rm NMC Health. In a statement to the Abu Dhabi bourse on 15 April, ADCB said criminal legal proceedings had commenced with the attorney-general in Abu Dhabi against "a number of individuals" linked to NMC Health.
