The author reflects on the concept of operation of multiple boiler systems commonly are used in a wide range of commercial buildings along with diagrams of typical piping schematic design. Topics discussed include a controller to monitor supply water temperature at sensor; mounting both sensors in identical wells using plenty of thermal grease and use of a differential temperature controller to compare temperature at top of thermal storage tank. |
