مستخلص: The article presents the design and functionality of a commpact bandpass filter (BSF) with a coupled stepped impedance hairpin unit and an interdigital capacitor. It mentions that the design of the BSF is based on the theory that the stopband rejection level and the bandwidth of the filter can be controlled through the characteristic impedance of the transmission line. The design of the BSF shows good relationship between measured and simulated parameters of the BSF.
