The article presents information on treating patients with dislocated lenses who have Marfan's syndrome and various forms of ectopia lentis. An actual surgical procedure is used as an example in a patient whose lenses are almost halfway covered by cataracts. Various tools are recommended, including a diamond knife, a bent 26-gauge needle and small forceps. A step by step procedure on the process is included. |
