Abstract (English): DNA polymerase δ-interacting protein 2(Poldip2) is a multifunctional protein originally described as a binding partner of the p50 subunit of DNA polymerase δ and proliferating cell nuclear antigen. It directly binds to NADPH oxidase 4 and plays an important role in reactive oxygen species production and cytoskeletal remodeling. It has been implicated in DNA replication, DNA damage repair, mitochondrial function, extracellular matrix regulation, cell cycle progression, focal adhesion turnover, and cell migration. This review summarizes the evidence and potential functions of Poldip2 in diverse diseases, including cardiovascular diseases, respiratory diseases, renal diseases, neurological diseases, cancers and endocrine diseases, to explore potential therapeutic targets for related diseases. Abstract (Chinese): DNA聚合酶δ相互作用蛋白2(Poldip2)是由人Poldip2 基因编码的一种多功能蛋白, 最初因与人 DNA聚合酶δ的p50亚基和增殖细胞核抗原结合而被发现。Poldip2与NADPH氧化酶4型亚基结合促进活性氧的 产生, 并在细胞骨架重塑中具有重要作用。此外, Poldip2参与DNA复制、DNA损伤修复、线粒体功能、细胞外基质 调节、细胞周期、细胞黏附和迁移等多种细胞活动。本文总结了Poldip2在心血管疾病、呼吸系统疾病、肾脏疾病、神 经系统疾病、癌症和内分泌疾病等疾病中的作用, 为探索Poldip2作为疾病治疗靶点提供参考.
