Abstract (English): This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of different levels of fermented oyster mushroom bran on growth performance, serum biochemical indexes and rumen fermentation function of fattening lambs. A total of 64 weaned Hu sheep (half male and half female) were randomly divided into four groups with 16 replicates per group and one lamb per replicate according to the single-factor experimental design. Lambs in the control group were fed the basal diet, and lambs in test groups 1, 2 and 3 were fed the basal diet supplemented with 10%, 15% and 20% fermented oyster mushroom bran. The pre-test period was seven days and the formal test period was 90 days. The results showed that compared with control group, the gain and average daily gain of lambs in test group 2 were significantly increased (P<0.05), and the ratio of feed to gain was decreased. The serum alkaline phosphatase activity of lambs in test groups 2 was significantly increased (P<0.05), the creatinine content in test groups 2 and 3 was significantly increased (P<0.05), the serum urea nitrogen content in test groups 1 and 2 was significantly decreased (P<0.05), and serum albumin content in test groups 1 and 2 was significantly increased (P<0.05). The mean volume of red blood cells significantly increased (P<0.05), the number of white blood cells significantly decreased (P<0.05), and the content of hemoglobin significantly increased in the blood of lambs in test groups 2 and 3 (P<0.05) . The concentrations of NH3-N in rumen fluid of test groups 2 and 3 were significantly increased (P<0.05), and the concentrations of propionic acid and MCP in rumen fluid of test group 2 were significantly increased (P<0.05). The study indicates that fermented oyster mushroom bran can improve the growth performance and rumen fermentation function of lambs, and improve the body health, and the supplemental level of fermented oyster mushroom bran is 15%. Abstract (Chinese): 试验旨在探究不同水平的发酵平菇菌糠对育肥羔羊生长性能、血清生化指标及瘤胃发酵功能的影响。 试验选择断奶湖羊64只 (公、母各半), 按照单因素试验设计, 随机分为4组, 每组16个重复, 每个重复1只羔 羊。对照组饲喂基础饲粮, 试验1组、试验2组、试验3组分别在基础饲粮中添加10%、15%和20%的发酵平菇菌 糠。预试期7 d, 正式试验期90 d。结果显示, 与对照组相比, 试验2组增重和平均日增重显著提高 (P<0.05), 料重比降低。试验 2 组的血清碱性磷酸酶活性显著提高 (P<0.05), 试验 2 组和试验 3 组肌酐含量显著提高 (P<0.05), 试验1组和试验2组血清尿素氮含量显著降低 (P<0.05), 试验1组和试验2组血清白蛋白含量显著提 高 (P<0.05); 试验2组和试验3组血液平均红细胞体积显著增大 (P<0.05), 白细胞数量显著降低 (P<0.05), 血 红蛋白含量显著提高 (P<0.05)。试验 2 组和试验 3 组瘤胃液氨态氮 (NH3-N) 含量显著提高 (P<0.05), 试验 2组瘤胃液丙酸和微生物蛋白质 (MCP)含量显著提高 (P<0.05)。研究表明, 发酵平菇菌糠可以提高羔羊的生长 性能及瘤胃发酵功能, 改善机体健康, 发酵平菇菌糠的添加量以15%效果较好。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
