مستخلص: Renewable energy source i.e Solar power generation in India reaching to its new record of 65 GW and planning to achieve additional 40GW of solar power generation. Panel efficiency increased with the capacity of solar panels but the STC remain same for all panel i.e all panels are tested at 250 celsius. One of the most crucial factors is temperature which effect the solar panel efficiency similarly other parameters like, dust in the air, velocity of air, and humidity in atmosphere. The most important factor for solar panels to operate at their highest efficiency is the temperature parameter. Many research is being made by developers in order to decrease temperature of solar panels. In this paper a practical model is prepare to decreased the temperature of solar panel. In order to improve efficiency of solar panels, it is necessary or important to maintained solar panels to its standard temperature during its power generation period. The model is prepared with water spraying arrangement for cooling the solar panel. this will improve the solar panels efficiency and also improved the power output of solar pv panned. Since efficiency of panel is depended on temperature will result good performance and will overall lower the panel temperature with the experimental setup it is possible to increase in efficiency up to 5-10%.
