We demonstrate a simple method for preparing highly active Au/TS-1 catalysts for propylene hydro-oxidation, which involves sequentially impregnating HAuCl4 and Cs2CO3 solutions onto TS-1. The Au/TS-1 catalysts synthesized by this method exhibit high Au uptake efficiency (∼100%), high dispersion of Au nanoparticles and superior activity. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
