In Japan, new surgical robots like Hinotori and Hugo are approved for robot-assisted radical prostatectomy (RARP). We have successfully implemented RARP using Hinotori and Hugo. We are also focusing on improving urinary continence by refining suturing techniques during the posterior reconstruction. This symposium outlined the new era of RARP. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |

ロボット支援下前立腺全摘除術 (RARP) は, 従来の da Vinci に加えて新規の手術支援ロボットが複数 承認され多様化している。当科では hinotori と Hugo RAS System (以下 Hugo) を導入し da Vinci と同様 の質で RARP を行うことができている。また後壁補強の縫合にも工夫を加え尿禁制の改善に取り組んでい る。本項で新時代の RARP の展望を概説する。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
