مستخلص: One of the abilities that students need in facing the 21st century is the ability to think analytically. The ability to think analytically is part of the High Order Thinking Skills (HOTS), namely the ability of students to group several elements and then connect these elements to be used in the problem-solving process, including the phenomena of everyday life. However, currently students' analytical thinking skills are still very low. This study aims to see how to improve students' analytical thinking skills through the implementation of the integrated Bugis Ma'benteng 4C Skills. This research method is quasi-experimental with non-equivalent control group design. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 19 Bone where the population in this study were all students of class XI, with the research sample consisting of two classes, namely class XI MIPA 1 as many as 25 students as the experimental class and class XI MIPA 3 as many as 25 students as the control class. Sampling technique is non-probability sampling with the type of purposive sampling. Data analysis carried out includes normality test, hypothesis testing and gain score. The results showed a significant increase in the experimental class with a gain score of 81% which indicates that the integrated learning strategy of the Bugis Ma'benteng 4C Skills can improve students' analytical thinking skills.
