A case study of a 53-year-old male patient has been presented with complaints of palpitation, syncope, and subsequent chest pain. Topics include the transcatheter aortic valve implantation (TAVI) procedure in patients with bicuspid aortic valve (BAV); and need for long-term observations for TAVI in BAV patients, the complications of coexisting bleeding disorders, and a case report of a patient with combined factor 7 and 11 deficiency who underwent a successful TAVI procedure. |
