Dear Editor, We report a rare case of erythema nodosum (EN) that responded well to tofacitinib, a Janus kinase (JAK) inhibitor, in the treatment of ulcerative colitis (UC). In fact, given the rapid EN resolution after tofacitinib treatment in our case, EN resolution preceded the intestinal symptom improvement, indicating the direct effect of tofacitinib on EN.
