The article presents the results of researches of influence of working conditions of mechanics-drivers, who carry out defoliation of cotton by new import substituting low-toxic defoliants on the functional state of different systems of organism. It is revealed that working conditions and character of working processes at defoliation cause unfavorable shifts of physiological reactions of different systems of organism at mechanics-drivers, and noise and intense character of working process cause probability of risk of development of professionally caused diseases that specifies necessity of introduction of measures on improvement of working conditions.
