Abstract (English): As the novel techniques of biology appear rapidly, and the diverse sources of undergraduate students result in different levels of biology knowledge, the biological experimental teaching now faces on new challenges. The contradiction between the restriction of the student’s class hours and the long time of the experiment course has been puzzling the teaching of biology experiment. How can students balance the relationship of entering the PI lab to do the actual research and accepting the basic biology experimental trainings? In view of the above problems, the authors believe that strengthening the basic biology experiment, establishing more comprehensive open laboratories and effective management of students’ research in the PI laboratory are directions of the future biological experiment teaching reform. Abstract (Chinese): 生物学新技术和新实验手段层出不穷,同时由于本科生源的多样化导致入校时学生水平不一,本科生物学实验教学面临新的挑战;学生学时的限制和实验课程时间较长的矛盾也一直困扰生物学实验的教学;如何平衡学生进入PI实验室参与实际科研与基础生物学实验训练之间的关系?针对生物学实验教学的上述问题,该文认为加强基础生物学实验、建立更多的综合性开放实验室和有效管理进入PI实验室的学生是将来的改革方向。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
