The article presents a study focused on analyzing the impact of hospital's morbidity level on the occurrence of invasive pneumococcal disease (IPD) in people living in Greenland. The study was conducted on a group of 121 patients through microbiological testing in the National Microbiology Laboratory of Nuuk, Greenland. According to the results, morbidity increases risk of IPD in Inuit. |
