The researcher divided this study into an introduction, a preamble, And two sections, in the introduction, the researcher dealt with the importance of the study, its objectives, and the method used in it, and in the preface, she dealt with the linguistic definition of the crisis and the reasons that lead to it. The economic situation by linking it to the political situation, and the resulting economic deterioration, which led to the deterioration of the economic conditions, as it was presented to the natural causes, such as the spread of floods, locusts, volcanoes, earthquakes, diseases and epidemics, and the negative effects and damages resulting from these crises represented in human losses.
