These notebooks appeared in the period extending from 1227 to 1313 AH. Among these notebooks is a notebook bearing the number 871, which is concerned with the Emirate of Mecca and the Governorate of Medina. And the province of Hijaz and Yemen, as it contains important information within the correspondence that took place between the Sublime Porte and the sheikhdom of the Holy Mosque. The researcher listed these correspondence as it is, its date, and the number of the papers related to it, indicating that each paper is concerned with a specific request.
