الوصف: Floating Harbor Syndrome (FHS) is a rare genetic disease with few reports detailing its potential otologic manifestations. The objective of this paper is to discuss two FHS patients with otologic manifestations. The first patient presented with delayed speech, middle ear effusions and conductive hearing loss (CHL) in addition to abnormal tympanograms. Her hearing improved after routine tympanostomy tube placement. The second patient presented with cleft palate, retracted ear drums and bilateral tympanic membrane who required multiple sets of T-tubes and eventually developed tympanic membrane perforations. She ultimately required hearing aids, however her speech and language development improved dramatically with time.
