| الوصف: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá navrhnutím, odhadem a vyhodnocením investičního projektu společnosti působící v odvětví e-commerce. Teoretická část práce je vypracována pomocí rešerší odborné literatury. Popisuje obecný pojem investic, investiční činnost jako takovou, metody a vybrané ukazatele finanční analýzy podniku, které jsou v praktické části aplikovány na konkrétní společnost. Praktická část obsahuje finanční analýzu podniku, navrhnutí a vyhodnocení méně rizikového a rizikového investičního projektu, kde jsou propočítány vybrané metody a ukazatele efektivnosti investic a finanční výkonnosti podniku z teoretické části diplomové práce. V závěru práce jsou shrnuty výsledky vyhodnocení investiční činnosti podniku. ; This Master’s thesis deals with the design, estimation and evaluation of an investment project of a company operating in the e-commerce sector. The theoretical part of the thesis is elaborated by using literature searches. It describes the general concept of investment, investment activity as such, methods and selected indicators of financial analysis of the company, which are applied to a specific company in the practical part. The practical part includes financial analysis of the company, design and evaluation of less risky and risky investment project, where selected methods and indicators of investment efficiency and financial performance of the company from the theoretical part of the thesis are calculated.
