الوصف: | 本研究旨在探究國小特教教師在親師溝通之歷程,包含溝通前的準備、溝通中的過程,以及溝通後的調整,採半結構式的訪談,及資料蒐集與分析,以瞭解國小特教教師在親師溝通上的感受與做法,並給予其他特教教師們一些建議。 本研究結果如下:一、國小特教教師認為親師溝通的意義在於瞭解學生的過程,雖然溝通前的不安是每位特教教師都會有的,但說話技巧及正確心態更為重要,親師溝通是常態型的交流,只要做足準備能讓特教教師提升信心。二、國小特教教師透過顯性的面談、通訊軟體、紙筆、電訪,也有隱性的態度、說話技巧等溝通方式,與家長討論特殊學生的學習及問題行為,部分特教教師會遇到向自己展露私人情感的家長,但這都是能幫助自己多瞭解學生的情境;若發生親師衝突,特教教師會選擇自我調整以及尋求他人的協助,避免親師關係惡化。三、國小特教教師認為親師溝通後的自我改變能讓親師站在同一陣線、目標一致化,進而幫助家長、學生甚至是一個家庭,最後給予其他特教教師建議的是傾聽、同理、正向心理、自信、熱忱、專業與自省能力是必須建立的。 最後研究者針對教育相關單位、特教教師,以及未來研究提出相關建議。 ; The purpose of this study was to explore the process of parent-teacher communication for special education teacher at elementary school. Including preparation before the communication, process of the communication and adjustment after the communication. Through collecting and analyzing the material of the semi-structured interview. This study aimed to understand feel and methods of parent-teacher communication for special education teacher at elementary school, in addition, providing some recommendation for other special education teachers. The results of this study were as follows:I. Special education teachers at elementary school thinked the meaning of parent-teacher communication is to understand process of students. Even though every special education teacher had trepidation before the communication, speaking shills and correct mentality still be the most important. Parent-teacher communication was normal, if get ready could promote confidence for special education teachers.II. Special education teachers at elementary school discussed learning and problem behavior of the special education student with parents by face to face, communication software, paper and pen, and telephone, also attitude and speaking skills. A part of special education teachers met parents who disclose private emotion, but it helped themselves understand more students. If parent-teacher conflict occured, they’ll choose self-adjustment and seek help from others to prevent parent-teacher relationship deteriorating.III.
