| الوصف: | The reality of the actions to implement universal access and to comply with the basic principles of basic sanitation are not the same among municipalities in the country. This situation is evidenced when comparing the indicators of water supply services, available in the National System of Information on Basic Sanitation - SNIS. When comparing the number of connections, the consumption of water and the volume of investments in the cities of Redenção, Xinguara and Santana do Araguaia, all municipalities in the southeastern region of Pará, different scenarios of universalization were found, which does not reach the maximum limit established by Law 11,445 / 2007 and the Integrated Basic Sanitation Plan of the State of Pará. Thus, the analysis, by indicators, revealed a preference behavior in the provision of services to those cities that presented the best economic and urban infrastructure indicators. ; A realidade das ações de implementação da universalização e de atendimento aos princípios fundamentais do saneamento básico não são iguais entre os municípios do país. Essa situação é evidenciada ao compararmos os indicadores dos serviços de abastecimento de água, disponíveis no Sistema Nacional de Informações Sobre o Saneamento Básico – SNIS. Ao fazer a comparação da quantidade de ligações, do consumo de água e, do volume de investimentos nas cidades de Redenção, Xinguara e Santana do Araguaia, todos, municípios da microrregião sudeste do Pará, foram encontrados diferentes cenários de universalização, os quais não alcançam o limite máximo estabelecido pela Lei 11.445/2007 e pelo Plano de Saneamento Básico Integrado do Estado do Pará. Assim, a análise, por indicadores, revelou um comportamento de preferência na prestação dos serviços àquelas cidades que apresentaram os melhores indicadores econômicos e de infraestrutura urbana. |
