| الوصف: | Ovaj magistarski rad analizira i opisuje proces razvoja dokumentacije unutar procesa razvoja programskog proizvoda koji u konačnoj verziji predstavlja uslugu s dodanom vrijednošću. Rad prikazuje i objašnjava probleme kod stvaranja dokumentacije tijekom procesa razvoja programskog proizvoda i kasnije nakon puštanja usluge u rad. Naglasak je stavljen na razvoj programskog proizvoda po RUP-u jer se na njemu zasniva i model procesa razvoja dokumentacije za studijski slučaj. Taj model je opisan na studijskom slučaju koji obuhvaća razvoj dvije usluge s dodanom vrijednošću. Opisani su i bitni problemi koji su se pojavljivali tijekom procesa razvoja i ponuđena su njihova rješenja. Na temelju stečenih iskustava ponuđene su preporuke za što lakši i iskoristiviji razvoj kvalitetne projektne i korisničke dokumentacije. ; This thesis analyses and describes the documentation development process within the software development process which in the final version represents the value added service. The paper presents and explains the problems related to creating documentation during the software development process and later after the service braking-in. Problems are observed from the side of stakeholders involved in the development project, as well as from the side of end users to whom the value added service is intended. Also, the paper offers the recommendations for easier and more effective development of quality project and end-user documentation. The documentation represents important component within software development and service operating. In order to have good written and accurate documentation it is required to have a specific development process related to the development of accessory software or parallel with it. In this thesis the accent is placed on the RUP related software development process because the process model of documentation development for case study is based on it.
