| الوصف: | `titrebThe respect for human dignity. Semantic and conceptual clarifications regarding this categorical imperative`/titrebRespect for the dignity of the individual is a categorical imperative for hospitals. Provided that this word includes various designs, which may object, and that it must be analysed as it is likely to influence care practices. Five designs will be selected for dignity: postural, interactional, Christian monotheistic, Cartesian and Kantian ontologies. This analysis shows that the designs we thought were the more remote are in fact the closest. However, any analysis of the concept can only be achieved through postural elements. If we want to preserve the dignity of an empirical approach in a daily relationship, one should be less concerned with analysis of signs and criteria, and more towards commitment and a display of being. ; Le respect de la dignité de la personne humaine est un impératif catégorique pour les établissements hospitaliers. Pour autant ce mot renferme des conceptions diverses, qui peuvent s’opposer, et qu’il faut analyser car susceptibles d’influencer les pratiques soignantes. Cinq conceptions de la dignité seront retenues : posturale, interactionnelle, monothéiste chrétienne, ontologique cartésienne et ontologique kantienne. Cette analyse montre que les conceptions qu’on pensait les plus éloignées sont en fait les plus proches, mais aussi que toute analyse de la notion ne peut que passer par des éléments posturaux, et que, si l’on veut préserver une approche empirique de la dignité, dans la relation quotidienne, il faut moins être dans une analyse de signes et de critères que dans un engagement et un témoignage d’être. ; `resume lang="es"bEl respeto hacia la dignidad de la persona es un imperativo categórico para los centros hospitalarios.
