This article aims to show a parallel between two contemporary liberal conceptions of justice to the field of normative political theory. The objective is to identify the main objections of Robert Nozick's theory of justice of John Rawls and indicate which components present in the normative theory proposed in his Anarchy, State and utopia. ; Este artigo busca apresentar um paralelo entre duas concepções liberais de justiça contemporâneas produzidas no campo da teoria política normativa. O objetivo é identificar as principais objeções de Robert Nozick à teoria de justiça de John Rawls e apontar quais os componentes normativos presentes na sua teoria proposta em Anarquia, Estado e utopia. |
