الوصف: | Korištenje društvenih mreža u suvremenom poslovanju postalo je prijeko potrebno. Komunikacija krajnjih korisnika sve se više odvija putem nekih od platformi društvenih mreža i medija, a poduzeća pokušavaju na kreativne načine adresirati potencijalne kupce, zadovoljiti sve njihove zahtjeve te umanjiti probleme prilikom konzumacije određene usluge. Predmet diplomskog rada bio je procijeniti utjecaj korištenja društvenih mreža na povećanje broja noćenja na uzorku od 360 ispitanih turista u gradu Zagrebu. Mjerena je frekventnost korištenja društvenih mreža od strane ispitanika te percepcija ispitanika o atraktivnosti grada Zagreba kao turističke destinacije. Rezultati upućuju na utjecaj korištenja društvenih mreža na atraktivnost, ali i očekivanja ispitanih turista od turističke ponude grada Zagreba te ukazuju na povećanje broja noćenja. ; The use of social networks in modern business has become necessary. End-user communication is increasingly taking place through some of the social networks, and companies are trying to creatively address potential customers, meet all their demands and reduce their problems when consuming a particular service. The subject of this thesis was to test the influence of the social networks usage on the increase in the number of tourists in the City of Zagreb. In a sample of 360 respondents, the frequency of use of social networks by respondents was measured, as well as respondents' perception of the attractiveness of the City of Zagreb as a tourist destination. The results indicate the influence of the use of social networks on the attractiveness, but also the expectations of tourists from the tourist offer of the City of Zagreb, and indicates an increase in the number of overnight stays. |
