| الوصف: | В настоящей статье автор отмечает недостаток традиционного понимания финансов как публичных экономических отношений и приходит к выводу о необходимости переосмысления сущности данного феномена. На основе предложенного им нового представления о финансах автор осуществляет их цивилистическую интерпретацию. В результате такой интерпретации показана корреляция финансов и частного права, а финансы раскрыты как объект частноправового регулирования частноправовая система. Элементами последней являются объекты финансового имущества и субъекты частного права, способные обладать названными объектами. Частноправовая система laquo;финансыraquo; организована финансовыми частными отношениями. ; In this article, the author notes a shortcoming of the traditional understanding of finance as public economic relationship and comes to the conclusion that it is necessary to rethink the essence of this phenomenon. On the basis of the new concept of finance proposed by him, the author exercises its civilistic interpretation. As a result of this interpretation, the correlation between finance and private law is shown, and finance is revealed as an object of private law regulation private law system. Elements of the latter are objects of financial property and subjects of private law that can have these objects. The private-law system ldquo;Financerdquo; is organized by financial private-law relations. ; În acest articol, autorul notează un neajuns al înțelegerii tradiționale a finanțelor ca relație economică publică și ajunge la concluzia că este necesar să regândim esența acestui fenomen. Pe baza noului concept de finanțe propus de el, autorul își exercită interpretarea civilistă.
