| الوصف: | The problem of prosecuting and suing crimes committed by legal entities has existed for a long time, being analyzed extensively in the specialized literature. At the same time, specialists in the field cannot reach a common denominator regarding all the particularities of this special procedure, which gene-rates multiple difficulties in the process of prosecuting and suing crimes committed by legal entities. However, in order to determine the importance, the action and the particularities of a certain criminal procedure institution, it is necessary to identify clearly and precisely certain issues that it faces. In this study, focusing on the special procedure for prosecuting crimes committed by legal entities, we will analyze the specifics of notifying the criminal prosecution bodies on such categories of cases. Likewise, the investigation of the particularities of the notification of criminal prosecution bodies in the case of criminal acts committed by legal entities is an imperative necessity, especially due to the economic reforms that take place in the society. The experience of the law enforcement bodies and the doctrinal opinions regarding the prosecution of crimes committed by legal persons was of particular importance for the elaboration of this study. |
