| الوصف: | Teoretická část zpracovává obecné vymezení pojmů týkajících se situací spojených s nedostatečnými příjmy. Obsahuje popis systému dávek sociální péče z důvodu sociální potřebnosti a dávek pomoci v hmotné nouzi s jejich srovnáním před a po datu 1.1.2007, kdy došlo ke změnám zákonů vztahujících se k poskytování pomoci osobám s nedostatečnými příjmy. Praktická část se zabývá konkrétními dopady Sociální reformy I na činnost obcí s pověřeným obecním úřadem se zaměřením na Městský úřad Kamenice nad Lipou. Cílem bylo zjistit pozitiva a negativa nového systému pomoci v hmotné nouzi z pohledu úředníka i klienta. ; The theoretical part of general definitions relating to situations connected with insufficient income. It contains a description of the system of social benefits due to social needs and system benefits of assistance in material indigence with their comparison before and after the date of January 1.1. 2007, there have been modifications laws related to providing assistance to people with insufficient income. The practical part deals with the practical implications of social reforms to activities with authorized municipal office focusing on the Municipality of Kamenice nad Lipou. The aim was to find out the pros and cons of the new system of assistance in material need in terms of official and the client. |
